From overthinking into contact.
Embodied psychology, movement, and developmental work for people longing to feel more alive in their bodies and lives.

Embodied Psychology & Movement

A space to move
from overthinking into contact.
From performance into aliveness.

You do not need to become someone else to move forward.

Sometimes what we call “stuckness” is a body that has been carrying too much for too long:
too much pressure, too much adaptation, too much thinking without enough space to feel, move, or breathe.

My work brings together developmental psychology, embodied positive psychology, somatic practices, and movement improvisation to support people in reconnecting with themselves — not only cognitively, but physically, emotionally, and relationally.

Through individual sessions, workshops, and Organic Movement Ground (O.M.G.), we explore how the body holds stress, creativity, boundaries, longing, grief, vitality, and change.

Not as performance.
Not as self-optimization.
But as a way back into contact with being alive.

 WHO I WORK WITH

I work especially with people who:

  • feel disconnected from themselves despite functioning well

  • are tired of constantly “holding it together”

  • long for more aliveness, creativity, movement, or meaning

  • struggle with overwhelm, emotional exhaustion, or transitions

  • want a more embodied relationship with work, identity, and life

WHAT TO EXPECT

Sessions may include:

  • reflective dialogue

  • movement and somatic awareness practices

  • nervous system regulation tools

  • embodied exploration

  • developmental and relational perspectives

No dance experience is needed.
